You don't understand the purpose of the "re-structuring". To put it simply, xHam is offloading any and all liability onto the "new producers" who upload product (video, photos, stories). How? The responsibility for criminal copyright infringement, criminal profiteering and stolen content rests entirely on the producers who upload content and sell it using money tokens. xHam has now completely distanced and separated itself from content and illegal income/gain. Thornton did not only provide audit services, it also provided banking services such as income collection, income audit, income banking, payroll and disbursements. Once the income is deemed unlawful gains from criminal copyright infringement, Thornton becomes a criminal money launderer as well as an accomplice. Hence their need to extricate and distance themselves asap.
